I went to the New Hartford location and ordered two ice creams. My boyfriend accidentally said soft and wanted to change it to hard. The girl was nasty and rude and told us we have to pay for a new ice cream and not the difference. She said we can't waste the ice cream. I tried to explain to her it was a mistake and then asked for the money back. She refused. Is this a joke? Is this how it works at restaurants when a customer makes a mistake keep charging them? I'm very unhappy. everyone should know about how nasty and rude the workers are at your establishment. Tonight you lost a loyal customer.
